Grand Design Reflection Problems

According to various reviews, there are a few problems found with the Grand Design Reflection campers. The major problems are revealed by a customer on the web.

I love the Reflection 31MB. However, for more time we are using Reflection, the worse is happening with us. We are discouraged by its quality. The consistent problem we had is with Slide 2 not extending and retracting properly or sometimes at all. It is an unreliable unit which makes me wonder I bought it.
